Still clamouring for the second season of Attack on Titan? Well, Production I.G. have announced something that might help fill the gap, as Saki Nakagawa’s spoof manga Attack on Titan: Junior High is to be given an anime adaptation this October.
Played more for laughs than horror, the manga reimagines the cast of AoT inside a typical(ish) Japanese school setting, riffing on the story and most familiar scenes of the main series for comic effect.
The second season for the main Attack on Titan anime is still scheduled for 2016.
