Here we go, let’s countdown the best (in my opinion) of 1993.
1992 was a great years for movies. Here are the best according to little old me.
Let’s start our look at the 90s and count down the best movies of 1990.
We’ve reached the apex of the list and now it’s the best of the best. Did your favourite land a place in the top 10?
Despite the less-than-stellar finale, Gertrude’s new role as queen of Fairyland seemed to be setting up an exciting and different second arc.
#16 may not be the most exciting or dramatic Rat Queens outings, but it hardly disappoints. While this outing isn’t particularly plot-driven, the dialogue and illustration are sharp and it is always a wild trip with these women. The absence of Hannah, however, is certainly felt.
With its emphasis on dialogue and background explanation, Rat Queens #14 may feel slow compared to the frantic pace of previous, action heavy outings, even if laying the ground work is important for story development; but as always, the characters are so amiable and rich that even a slower issue fails to make Rat Queens any less enjoyable read.
‘A Train Called Love #3’ explores even more story tangents, all of which lead to amusement and disgust in equal measure.
